This was an outstanding place to stay and explore the Glencoe area. The hotel is 3 star with the staff 5 star. The food was excellent both dinners and breakfasts and the room and amenities were very nice. Value for money as good as anywhere we have been in Scotland. Highly recommend

Rooms had tires and dirty carpet but very clean bathrooms. No A/C and no screens on the windows. Restaurant and food were excellent. Pictures in listing were very “generous” and seemed like a misrepresentation. Views and staff were amazing.

This place is absolutely not like the photos, this was hands down one of the worst stays I’ve ever had. -manager was kind -spiders everywhere -black mold in our room - our room didn’t have hot water -filthy property -deceiving photos - paper thin walls - breakfast was good -not vacuumed -dirty sheets - lights that did not work -dark creepy halls -broken emergency class with the door flapping back and forth all night that kept us up The reviews do not reflect the current state of this hotel. I would drive 20 more miles and go elsewhere. We slept in our jackets and clothes, with the windows open so we could get a breeze from the odor
