「We had a pleasant stay in this hotel, walking distance to main attractions. Small bathroom that smelled damp.」

「This was a pleasant surprise- front desk staff upgraded us to a suite with views of both harbor and mountains when we told them it was my partner’s birthday. All staff were incredibly friendly and kind. Bed was extremely comfortable with lots of pillows and soft sheets. Location is right in the downtown area near all restaurants, shops, and public transit yet quite quiet. Our 3 night stay was excellent! Facility could use an update, but it was absolutely fine for us especially with the spacious...

「This was a great base for our Juneau vacation. We loved the kitchen and living room space - it was a comfortable place for hanging out when we weren’t sleeping. There is noise from cars outside, especially when the windows were open to help keep the room cool - but I would stay here again for sure! The staff was friendly and helpful, the rooms were clean and comfortable, and it was an easy 10 minute walk into downtown Juneau. We loved our stay here!!」
