「Great service, friendly staff, extremely comfortable beds! Won't stay anywhere else when we come down for our state convention! They even had Dove shampoo and conditioner and body wash and not travel size they were big bottles. Please don't take those bottles if you stay there. It was very nice for them to have that provided in the rooms. I have never seen that before and that was a very kind of provision. 」

「Loved the bed height. Most hotels have beds that are very difficult for a short person to get into without difficulty This was a very pleasant change. The front desk person, Chelsey, was exceptional. She was professional, curtious, informative and pleasant. 」

「Great location. Hotel is close to the highway with multiple food and shopping options. The hotel lobby was spacious and looked nice. The hotel offered a variety to eat on the breakfast bar. My only concerns: 1. the floors needed to be swept/vacuumed and mopped well. Too much of the previous guest’s hair was left on the floor indicating that the floors needed to swept/vaccumed. 2. And there was no soap in the soap dispenser in the shower.」

「They did not tell the WiFi password to us. They didn’t answer the call, And we had to go back to the front desk to ask. They also provide a wrong room initially」
