Huilo-Huilo Biological Reserve 3 Stars Hotels

"Do not go here. Terrible service, bad food, tiny run down roomes that come apart (shower fixtures falling down etc.). We had to give back the food as its was so bad. Customer service did not help at all - no discount provided. This place may have been good 10+ years ago. No upgrades to any of the dirty old furniture since then. Today it is a dump. "

"Definitely not worth all of the hype. Poor service whenever we went to the bars or restaurant (staff never available) Breakfast hours are way too short to serve all the people they have staying. We were told one of the pools was strictly for adults yet children and families allowed in. I would not visit this place again."

"One of my family members was sick so we decided to stay an additional night. The day before I went to the hotel's reception and asked to book the additional night. They said they couldn't do it directly and suggested using a website. I tried booking the additional night through the hotel website but it was not working, so I ended up booking it through Hotels.com. The next day when I visited the reception to make sure the reservation was extended, the lady mentioned I needed to do the check out...

"La cabaña es cómoda y muy limpia. El único tema qué hay 3 perritos y cuando ingrese uno me rayo el auto porque se encaramó en el vehículo. El dueño de la cabaña quedó en hacerse cargo así que todo bien. Pero la verdad no fue un buen momento"

"Personal amable y preocupado. El refugio familiar esta en un lugar hermoso. Vista maravillosa a la desembocadura del lago. El depto es comodo y limpio. No obstante, le hace falta mantencion. Litera se cayo sobre uno de los niños. Las ventanas abrian con dificultad. Desgaste general. La cocina le falta equipamiento ( hervidor, microondas). Le faltan servicios, al menos desayuno y bar."

"Buen lugar, bonito entorno Encontré genial que dieran pases a los huéspedes para los distintos parques. Eso me encantó Me gustó ese detalle en la noche, nos dejaron chocolates que decían buenas noches, a mi hijo le encantó Genial el lugar"
