「Front desk staff was amazing and helpful」

「Booked because it's across the street from the transit center, and very glad we did. The staff were incredibly helpful, including the front desk person physically walking me to the on-site restaurant fairly late when he was unable to confirm on the phone whether or not they were still open. The room was beautiful and, with the kitchenette, a very good value for the money. The free hot breakfast was definitely a plus, too. We are HIGHLY likely to stay here again in the future.」

「It is good for business travel. Spartan restaurant but tasty sandwich.」

「Good」

「Location was very close to highway and entrance ramp. Window did not reduce traffic noise from trucks, cars and motor cycles. I switched rooms at move in to try the opposite side a up to the 3rd floor. No better. I had trouble falling to sleep because of the traffic noise. I would never stay here again」

「Easy checking. Details of property were explained very clearly. Staff was very polite and helpful. Room Was clean. No maintence issues. Plenty of available parking. Hotel was quiet. Breaks was great.」

「A party started above our room at about 9:30. A really loud party. We called the front desk - they said they would talk to the guests. 10 minutes of peace followed by a louder party. Called front desk at midnight and demanded a different room. Told 'not our protocol'. Called the police, who...

「Great」

「DIRTY! This unit was dirty in many different areas, like several dead bugs in the corners, dried food in the stove and the refrigerator had a spoiled odor. Also the unit had a stale odor to it. Since . This made me feel uncomfortable and unable to relax during my visit. I tried to resolve with Red Awning, but their communication is slow. I recommend that the host ensure a thorough cleaning before guests arrive.」
