「The hotel is in a perfect location downtown for access to the park. Breakfast was decent, but we have had better breakfasts at other Embassy Suites. It was scorching hot outside, so we really enjoyed the pool. Staff failed to replenish towels as needed and housekeeping was slow, so there may have been a staff shortage. Overall, though, it was a nice stay.」

「I am very disappointed with the service. The bathroom light in my room was not working, and when I brought it to the front desk, they were unable to resolve the issue. To make matters worse, they charged me a deposit that still hasn't been refunded. I would not recommend this place.」

「The moment when you get to a hotel and everything is “as it should be” is great. That’s usually all i need but the bonus moments are worth mentioning. There’s an incredible coffee shop in the shared courtyard, probably one of the best roasters in the US- Methodical. The hotel bar has a genuinely lovely human making you feel at home. 「Everything was good. I feel the valet could be more welcoming when you first get there. No one came over to my car when I pulled in. I had to park to the side, get out of my car, and ask what the parking procedure was. That happened both times I have stayed there.」
