「The hotel is in a perfect location downtown for access to the park. Breakfast was decent, but we have had better breakfasts at other Embassy Suites. It was scorching hot outside, so we really enjoyed the pool. Staff failed to replenish towels as needed and housekeeping was slow, so there may have been a staff shortage. Overall, though, it was a nice stay.」

「We had such a smooth and friendly check in. Each staff member was kind and helpful. We had a beautiful breakfast at the onsite restaurant and really enjoyed the coffee service in the morning. Thank you for a wonderful stay!」

「I am very disappointed with the service. The bathroom light in my room was not working, and when I brought it to the front desk, they were unable to resolve the issue. To make matters worse, they charged me a deposit that still hasn't been refunded. I would not recommend this place.」

「The room air conditioner wouldn’t get pass 72 degrees. The restaurant on top was closed for the weekend.」

「Everything was good. I feel the valet could be more welcoming when you first get there. No one came over to my car when I pulled in. I had to park to the side, get out of my car, and ask what the parking procedure was. That happened both times I have stayed there.」
