「They put us in a room under construction when we paid for a premium room. They tried to bill me again and then charge me some sort of tourist fee (I live in the area). They then told me I over paid through Expedia (which has never happened before) but did not offer to refund me any money. The hot tub bathtub was nice but be sure to bring your own toiletries, pen etc. They did have a coupon for Lumberjacks breakfast but the service was terrible and they were very insulting at check in.」

「Have stayed on there (one of 3) properties a few times and it’s never a disappointment. The rooms are cozy and comfortable and the breakfasts are delicious. Was able to enjoy the wine and cheese afternoon service as well. Love coming up to Mendocino and enjoying my stay at the Inns of Mendocino.」

「Room was too warm even with window open. The inner plastic shower curtain lining was missing. this was not a problem for us but you can see the water leaking has damaged the linoleum at the corner of the tub. The teeny tiny toilet could use an upgrade to taller elongated toilet.」

「This Victorian Inn is beautiful and comfortable. The historic accents have been lovingly preserved. The native garden and friendly cat add to the ambiance. My room was the lovely library. So comfortable. The food is delicious and the staff so cheerful and helpful. Just a short walk into Mendocino that does not fail to delight. I didn’t want to leave.」
