「We were very impressed with the hotel. Our room was spacious and clean. The only thing missing was a safe. The gal bartending Friday night was very personable and gave us great recommendations. The hotel location was great. It is located across the street from the South side entrance of the Mortgage Matchup Center for the Phoenix Suns games and walkable to many good restaurants and bars. 」

「The hotel was very clean and welcoming, but what truly stood out was the staff. Everyone was extremely courteous and attentive throughout our stay. We chose this hotel because of its close proximity to State Farm Stadium, where our event was being held, and the location was very convenient. On our first day, there were no bananas available, so we made a request. The staff responded promptly and ensured bananas were provided the very next day, along with apples and oranges. 「The room we booked was not what we got. We booked a 2 king w/tub and got 1 queen with a sofa sleeper. The room itself was clean upon arrival, but not touched the rest of the stay. The shower was not sealed correctly and leaked through the track and left the mat wet, the cupboard doors on the cabinets had bad hinges and almost fell off.
