「We had a one night stay in the hotel, we were greeted and made to feel very welcome. The hotel is an old build but is very clean, the room was huge with a double bed and bunk beds. Bedding was fresh and clean, bathroom clean and the water lovely and hot with lots of fresh towels. Overall a great stay, will definitely book again. Highly recommend if your in Torquay 」

「This is a beautiful place with character and history as well as modern amenities. You could spend your whole stay without going off site as there are walks a cinema the heritage centre sports facilities and eateries」

「We stayed for one night only and the reception was friendly. We bought a plug-in air freshener as the room smelt funky. The single bed was uncomfortable. Very noisy at night due to karaoke - but this was the summer in Paignton so I guess it’s normal. Hotel is near the main strip so very convenient. 」

「Customer Service was fantastic from start to finish. Breakfast was delicious. Room was a little cold, but when we mentioned it, they revolved straight away. Restaurant was closed, due to lack of staff, but plenty of local options The room was OK,but headboard was solid and hurts wgen you head but it.」

「A terrific stay from start to finish! Cannot fault The Ness at all! I was given a free upgrade to Room 11 and my room was superb, I honestly didn't want to go home and I'm now looking at when I can go back. Thank you all. 」

「Lovely place to stay, reception was very welcoming and the room was very clean. Comfortable beds and a nice size flat screen tv. Provided with shampoos conditioner and shower gel. Also teas and coffee. I will be returning! Thank you for our stay :) Didn’t have breakfast so couldn’t comment on that. Plenty of parking on the outside of the hotel. Free use of sauna jacuzzi and even out door swimming pool with garden. The only thing was there seemed to be no where to get a bottle of water....
