「Staff were all excellent. Food from Albert’s bar was OK, not very hot and onion rings were stale. Room spotless,but far far too small with the toilet almost in the bath.」

「I had the best stay here for theEaster holiday weekend! It was such a beautiful property in a stunning location with incredible views! It’s a dog friendly hotel and they were so nice to my dog who I brought with us. Every single person who is part of the hotel staff is so lovely, helpful and kind!!! Amazing customer service!! The breakfast and Dinners that we had at the restaurant were all so delicious!! Will come back to stay again! 10/10!!」

「I was very disappointed with the overall cleanliness and condition of this hotel. The front of the property was extremely dirty, with rubbish scattered around, giving a very poor first impression upon arrival. The outdoor swimming pool was out of service and filled with green, dirty water, which was both unappealing and concerning. The garden area was also poorly maintained, with broken furniture left lying around, adding to the neglected atmosphere. Inside the hotel, the heating was turned...

「Only negative of this hotel was the bathroom. Shower no pressure and no hot water had to boil a kettle to have a wash.」

「We stayed for one night only and the reception was friendly. We bought a plug-in air freshener as the room smelt funky. The single bed was uncomfortable. Very noisy at night due to karaoke - but this was the summer in Paignton so I guess it’s normal. Hotel is near the main strip so very convenient. 」
