"Overall our stay was good. The room was nice and modern. One bed was missing the decorative piece that hides the mattress frame but it did not bother me. Check-in and check-out were easy. The staff was friendly, valet was helpful and the breakfast was fresh. My only complaint was our room door did not sit flush to the floor and I could hear every noise in the hallway. "

"The hotel had an efficient check in with valet parking. They offered great service in every area of the hotel. The bar and store were well stocked. The rooms were clean and comfortable. The location felt safe with an easy walk to downtown. I would definitely recommend this hotel."

"Dirty lobby. Unfriendly staff. Trying to ask them questions felt more like I was irritating them. No cleanliness. My mom is allergic to mold and instantly had her throat swell. We had to leave within 20 minutes of arriving. Unsafe area and guests."

"We were given a handicap room and the shower dispenser unit had so much mold and was disgusting. There was no soap in dispenser and we asked to have it filled and it was but no one cleaned it. "
