「Hotel itself was nice, staff for the most part was very pleasant and helpful, however during my stay my vehicle was stolen out of the hotel parking lot. While making my police report the officer had mentioned that the crime has slowly moved out of the city and into the surrounding suburbs. A couple of things that irritated me besides a stolen vehicle were there are no surveillance camera's on property and absolutely zero communication from the management of the property. 「The room was nice but the air conditioner was so loud so it didn’t make sleeping very comfortable. The room was clean except for a couple bugs on the floor. 」

「Excellent hotel. The price was even better. We biked the northern part of the Little Miami Scenic Trail. It was close by.」

「The night shift desk clerk was so amazing. The address from Expedia wasn’t jiving with my GPS and so I called tired. She walked me step by step through the final turns. Everyone I interacted during my overnight stay was very helpful. I felt very safe and secure. Would highly recommend this hotel to travelers or guests.」

「Left for the day and came back to my bed not changed nor fresh towels were brought. I had to go and get sheets for my bed and towels for my room. Then was questioned, "why I didn't call earlier that morning to report it?" "Well, mama, I have been here since this morning and just got back."」
