「What a fantastic place, we will definitely return. The location is perfect, just as you enter Oak Creek so it’s away from the busyness, the golf course surrounds the condos which is an added bonus, you can walk the quiet neighborhood from your door. The pools/hot tub are well maintained and sparkle, a lot of chairs & umbrellas to relax in. 「The toilet in our room is almost not working, the shower head is leaking, and the soundproofing is very poor. We were also assigned a room next to the laundry room, and the noise from the machines made it impossible for my family to sleep after a full day of driving. When I went to the front desk to ask if it would be possible to change rooms if one became available, the male staff member was very impatient and his attitude made us feel very uncomfortable during our stay.」

「I was a bit disappointed that in a 3 star resort, in a deluxe cabin, there were no bedside lamps, only very dim ceiling lights. I called reception to ask for a lamp, they said they were going to see what they could do and never called me back. It costs $6 to do laundry (every other place I visoted it was either freeor a couple of dollars) And the staff was not very friendly, except for the lady who checked me in. Management should train their staff in basic social skills such as greeting...
