"The staff were all friendly and helpful. The breakfast was ok. There was one day when we did not have water because they had to fix the pump or something. That was not ok."

"The hotel was nice but a lot of things weren’t working during our stay! We were there for 3 nights and for 2 the hotel had no wifi. This was tricky since we are from out of the country. We couldn’t contact family, look up places to eat, or use maps/gps to get into town. There was no hot water in the shower which I guess is a small thing but still missed haha. The beds are really tough! Not soft at all. They also charge you for airport transfer per person while everywhere else we stayed had it included! The staff was really nice, the pool was clean, and the food at the restaurant was good. "
