「L’appartement n’était pas très propre et en mauvaise état. Pas de couette, seulement des couvertures pleins de poussières, rien pour cuisiner convenablement….」

Note that the price does not include breakfast. We stayed on the third floor and internet was unavailable le in the room - we had to go down to the lobby for internet connection. 「El hotel es agradable en general pero tiene cosas para mejorar. El entorno maravilloso en plena naturaleza. Limpieza buena y todo muy ordenado. Los "peros" de la estancia son la incomodidad de la cama, el desayuno poco organizado, ya que hay una persona atendiendo y sirviendo. La solución más práctica sería tenerlo preparado y expuesto para los clientes y que se sirvan al gusto. Una piscina estaba cerrada y de la otra nos echaron antes de finalizar su horario. Las fotos no corresponden con lo que te encuentras. Salí con un pie con más de 10 picadas de insecto.」

A quick email from them would have been appreciated telling us about this since we booked months in advance - and no offered discount either.
