"The villa was spacious, clean, with perfect amenities. We never saw housekeeping until checkout. The beaches on the property needed some tending and clean up. Some broken equipment and trash needlessly laying around. Otherwise a very peaceful and lovely experience. Sapodilla bay beach conveniently located across the street but traded proximity/direct beach access with comfort, space, and convenience. Overall loved our stay here. "

"Communication with property was excellent and an easy check -in . There was a fully equipped kitchen - stove top, toaster oven , microwave, coffee machine, toaster and blender , very clean and everything was in good condition . A/C was very good . The added bonus was having beach chairs, umbrella and a cooler . The beach nearby was walkable and very quiet . we enjoyed our stay ."
