「飯店位置很棒，附近有野生鹿群，早餐的環境很舒適. 但住兩晚，發現房間都有蒼蠅. 其餘環境衛生尚可」

「Beds we're comfortable. Sauna broke after 15 min. Hot tub was was hot but no pressure in the jets. The breakfast staff could not keep the simplest things stocked. We stayed 3 nights and breakfast was a stuggle for the staff everyday, they even close breakfast early because they felt like it!」

「I liked how easy it was too find and the eating options nearby. There is also a Costco which we will definitely go to fill our rental car tank on the way back to the airport. The property was not new but quiet and open with tasteful decor. The front staff Tate was very helpful and efficient, made us feel welcome. I liked the coffee bar next to the lobby, made the hotel feel like a welcoming residence. Have not yet tried the breakfast so cannot comment on that. 」

「It is a modern centrally located, motel-style property. The room was modern & well laid-out, with a decent size bathroom and a large walk-in shower. Dining options are just across the street.」

「Good price. Convenient. Staff was great - but seemed overwhelmed trying to keep up w/ breakfast service. Somehow ran out of coffee - and also cold water in the room. Hotel was nice - but walls were thin. Heard every footstep upstairs and in the hall.」

「The property is located near the entrance of the Yellowstone National Park. It is very convenient in visiting the Park 」

「给我的房卡失效了，外出回来打不开房门，儿子跑过来开门的时候摔倒了，3分钟不能站起来，因为疼痛哭的撕心裂肺，打电话给前台，工作人员态度恶劣，第二天给酒店发邮件反映这次事故，至今没有收到回复，这是我们出行十天中最恶略的一家酒店，傲慢、不负责任、态度恶略」

「Great location. Minutes from ALL that we had to do in Helena for the week. Quiet, comfortable room. Love the free laundry (we brought our own liquid detergent and dryer sheets from home). Full sized fridge and freezer was perfect for lunch stuffs and snacks. It was a little chilly and REALLY windy so we only enjoyed the outside patio and firepit one night. And the lobby area was perfect for family gatherings as we came and went. Nice selection of hot breakfasts and the coffee was terrific.」

「So good we came back! Mo and Matthew at the front desk along with the others that we came in contact with were hands down the friendliest front desk staff I have ever met. This goes for ALL the staff from the kitchen to the room service. I will have no hesitation to stay there again if I'm in the Helena area. Fab, comfy rooms and great breakfast.」
