宿霧島 3 星級飯店

「房價很便宜，但房間極簡易，沒有吹風機，需要另外跟前台索取；浴巾上有黃垢、衛生紙給的極少，四人房不到一個晚上就可以用完。住三天兩夜，第二天回到飯店發現沒有整理房間也沒有更換或補備品，一樣需要另外跟前台說。飯店附近沒有什麼吃的，飯店內的餐廳同樣不推。」

「Room is clean and spacious but the temp of the aircon in our room is not getting cold unlike the other toom that i booked for my sons. The rooftop restaurant vibe is so cool but the food is just okay ( we find it a little bland). Overall we enjoyed our stay」

「The environment is nice but the PR Manager was the worst I have ever experienced throughout my extensive travel experiences in various countries. The booking staff need to level up the knowledge in water sports. If the facility is offered by the hotel, blaming on the tide for kayak is irrelevant because of misinformation. People plan ahead not find ad hoc taxi drivers for alternatives. But going outside is the same for water sports due to location and this resort is awesome for family but not...

「飯店的服務跟周邊環境是很OK的，且門口的安全檢查更讓旅客感覺到很安心；但讓我比較介意的是在電梯裡或是房間裡都找不到酒店內相關設施的說明，故我不知道健身房/餐飲/泳池在哪一層樓、或是營業到幾點，這點是讓我覺得有點不方便 房間本身則是OK的，乾淨舒適」

「Believe it or not the room was exactly how the pictures showed. I’m not sure but I think it’s the exact same room. They took pictures of. It was very clean very organized. The air-conditioning was extremely comfortable to cold. The bed and the linens were comfortable.
