I have stayed at dozens of hotels but I was very surprised at how well this place was run and how much I enjoyed it. Top place in Saratoga and perfectly located」

「It was clean and the front desk check-in and check-out staff were very nice. When I asked for a shuttle, the very nice front desk staff got yelled at by her manager (S—) right in front of me. I guess she radioed someone they don’t want driving. It was uncomfortable and embarrassing for her as well. Not very professional. 「Room was clean, air conditioning was adequate, and there was little noise from other rooms, the staff was fine what little time I interacted with them, I happily made use of the stairs and the walkway most of the way around the building for exercise. Didn't pay for any breakfast, so comment of that.」
