Big Pine Key 3 Stars Hotels

"Nice little hotel. Room was nice and clean modern. Breakfast was quite poor as we are from UK and its not what we would have for breakfast. We had to pay for Parking which we knew about when we got there but we also got a hotel charge added when we got there which was $35 which we weren't expecting to pay and not sure what it was for, so that was a bit disappointing. Ok place to rest our heads for the night."

"This is a very nice hotel. Very clean, large rooms. Property is very clean. Breakfast was outstanding. The staff were very courteous. I would definitely stay there again."

"AC noise is huge like ur living near Airport. Door can not be locked properly. You can literal hear any sound from next door."

"Room was clean and large. View was of parking lot. Restaurant on site not open for lunch. Dinner served outside only. Check in staff were kinda rude. Greeted us with “well I’ll have to see if your room is ready.” We were told housekeeping would not clean room or come in. If we wanted towels we could call them. Then they came in every day. Pool was beautiful but has a mildew issue on north side. They advertise internet, free parking, complimentary breakfast and then charge a resort fee to cover it. This is not really a resort. It’s an older motel with a great pool. Location was very good!"

"The staff and the property were excellent. They really work hard to keep things clean and they’re very friendly. The property features are excellent for the most part. The only disappointment was the beach. It was small and the water was very dirty. Not something I’d swim in but none of the beaches we went to in Key West were very nice when it came to the water. Excellent resort and we had an amazing time."

"Beautiful place with a great atmosphere! The staff was very kind, friendly, and always helpful. The hotel was very clean, and housekeeping did an excellent job every day. Towels were changed daily, the room was cleaned regularly, and the bed linen was always fresh. Breakfasts were very good with a nice variety of options. For people who follow healthy eating, there were also healthy food choices on the menu, which was a big plus. Overall, I had a very comfortable stay and would definitely recommend this hotel to others!"

"Absolutely horrible stay. It took over an hour to get the key code. The place looks like an unfinished Boy Scout project. Everything is old and dirty and rusty . Cigarette butts on the beach. Everything is rundown and damaged. I don’t believe that there was even a credible architect building this place. I felt like I was in a horror movie. Last but not least We found out that the place is for sale…..No wonder !"
