「We have stayed at this hotel in the past, the last time probably in 2020. We will not stay again. It has significantly gone down hill in that time. The rooms were not very clean, the counters had stickiness from previous stays and there were crumbs all over the floor and beds. Walking into the lobby smelled very musty and throw the halls smelled like marajuana on multiple occasions. The hot tub was broken and apparently early has been for over a month. The pool area was a mess - dirty...

「Breakfast was bad. Could not eat the pork links - they were way over cooked or reheated leftovers front a prior day Garbage in black bags was stacked in hall. The room was not cleaned 3 of the 6 days that I stayed there. Noone at front desk when I checked out early morning yesterday. Did not get a receipt when checking out.」

「If you have an event at The Tin Smith it’s a perfect location. It’s right across from Breese Stevens. Tried to book for a summer concert but the rate tripled so I had to pass. Minimalist environment but that’s all we needed. Friendly staff.」

「Beautifully restored old building, comfortable spacious rooms. Friendly staff. We booked one night then stayed for three. Great location a short walk to lots of restaurants. Complimentary on-site parking. We would not hesitate to return.」
