「Wonderful staff, beautiful hotel, and the room I stayed in was in pristine condition when I arrived! Would stay here again and I highly recommend others to, as well!」

「The WiFi is really bad. I can’t access to the internet while staying in the room. The hotel deliberately tries to drag you out of the room to the casino and the racetrack. When I called the front desk and complained about wifi service, all they told me is “well sir, it turns out you are in a dead spot. Sorry” This is absurd, not everyone comes here is for the casino and racetrack. I’m on a business trip, and it’s a just a stopping by.」

「Clean spacious room for price. Ashley, Patricia, Pam and Jovi in breakfast area were awesome. Friendly outgoing and very helpful. Jovi remembered our stay 2 years ago and greeted us with open arms. This location will be our go to every year @Christmas. I can't rave enough about them. If we could give 10 stars we would. Thanks yinz guys for a great memorable Christmas vacation.」
