"The room was spotless And the staff could not have been more friendly. Extremely spacious and cozy inside. My 13 year old Daughter and I were there on Xmas Eve and she said she felt like she was in the North Pole because of the festive lights and music. Looking forward to returning in the future. A place full of good memories."

"The Showboat is old and smells like mildew and dog droppings. We needed multiple keys for the room but once one key was activated it automatically deactivated the other. It was advertised to have a seasonal outdoor pool. The pool clearly had be closed for years and we were forced to drive to another hotel and pay $50 just to lounge at their pool. When I complained to CozySuites about it, it was met with no radio silence. The room itself wasn’t horrible but I will never used them again."

"The building was falling apart. On our way out, a ceiling tile fell right next to us! The water park and arcade was nice but everything else was old. We tried eating breakfast at the buffet and the food was covered with flies! Such a mess"
