However!!! the staff that was present went above and beyond giving us everything we needed and helped us enjoy our stay greatly. 「Expedia had our rental as a "deluxe Bungalow" which we thought was one of the nice cabins. when we checked in we were assigned a houseboat. The nice lady said that Expedia called a houseboat a deluxe bungalow and the "aqua lodge" was all that was available. She showed it to us, and it was very nice. It was smaller than the cabin but had separate sleeping quarters which we needed. This is a nice property, clean and well maintained. The staff is exceptional. Parking was convenient, and the kitchen was well equipped with everything we needed. The property was quiet, relaxing, and made us feel at home. Overall, it was an excellent experience, and we would gladly stay here again.」

The Host was not available at any time, it plain as day states to contact host for gate code and I notified 24hrs before, I called at 1pm the next day, no response, I called at 3pm and texted that i would arrive at house by 5pm like check in states with no response, I stopped for lunch and my new arrival was at 6pm, which is the time I arrived at the house, I called several times to host for gate code, and no success again, It was frustrating I...
