"Cleanliness was overall okay although there was a spotting of a cockroach and mosquitos were present at some nights. Outside the window there was plenty of cigarette butts. Room service has to be asked for. I opted it out. Since I travelled around Xmas the room was *very* cold! There is no heater in the room so I was quite freezing even with a jacket on always. I had to ask for an extra blanket to freeze less at night. The staff do NOT speak English (although ad says they do). So get by with Google Translate if needed. Check-in was via machine and had some little unclarity but fixed by staff with support from local guests. Best thing with this place is definitely its location with short walking distances to all basic needs. Would be enough to stay for a night or two. Btw for those who are noise sensitive; the rooms at least appear to be sound proof cos you can't really hear any sounds from neighbors. However, the outer door isn't sound proof and do let noticeable sounds through once people pass there. Most guests and housekeeping folks aren't having lengthy conferences in the corridors though."
