"1. The bathroom was covered in mold spots; showering in such a terrible environment was unpleasant. 2. Although I knew it was a lower-priced room, I was surprised that they didn't even provide hair conditioner. 3. The receptionist misspelled my name when checking me in at the kiosk. I told her it was incorrect, but she insisted on using what she thought was the correct spelling and continued until the error occurred. Only then did she agree to re-enter the correct name (the name on my passport), and she completed the check-in with a rather unfriendly attitude. In conclusion, I think there are still many areas for improvement, but first and foremost, I hope the moldy stains can be thoroughly cleaned and removed."

New regulations would not allow the hotel to provide tooth brush and toothpaste, so travelers should prepare. Otherwise very comfortable stay overall. Would stay there again. "

"I had a great stay at Caesar Metro Taipei Hotel. The room was spacious, clean, and very comfortable. The breakfast offered a wide variety of choices, which was a nice way to start the day. It is a little pricey, but they do provide a discount for hotel guests, which helps. The staff were very friendly, helpful, and made the stay even more enjoyable. Overall, a very pleasant experience and I would gladly stay here again."
