「Entire property seemed worn and not well maintained. Our bathtub had a large puddle stain, the quiet close toilet seat was difficult to open and would not close on its own. The TV, while a good brand, did not have its original remote so they borrowed a remote from a DVD player. It took a trip to the front desk to get someone to decipher it's use. Carpet throughout the room had a variety of stains and apparent burn marks (in a non-smoking property). The breakfast room was messy, we skipped...

「Most of the staff members were incredibly helpful! Thank you! Our first room was not good—AC broke, bed fell due to support leg collapsing, toilet plugged, sticky floors—we couldn’t get help the first night. The next day I was helped by both women in the office. We were able to move to a different room in which everything worked except the TV. The evening staff member fixed it. She came to our room and made it function perfectly.」

「The property was clean. The biggest issue was the Expedia app stated "no pets allowed" however there were dogs on several rooms on the property. Also there was at least one customer with an ankle bracelet on. That was not as big as an issue as the dogs in the rooms.」
