"We returned to Akomo after a stay the week before. It's very well located for train travelers and a direct and close walk to shops and restaurants and trams. We had left an item behind and it was waiting for us when we returned. The room is basic and it's self-entry but this is reflected in the reasonable price. Ask the owner for a Bern Welcome Card for free local transport. S/he was very responsive to all contacts."

"This was my first "self service" hotel. It was very clean, even though it's next to the tain station, there is virtually no outside noise. There is a small convience store and a really good restaurant close by and a 20 minute train ride into Bern"

"The hosts were so thoughtful. Walked us to the bus stop to show us the way, recommended restaurants, totally planned our trip to Luzern..even fixed us special tea for our allergy coughs we brought with us. Looking forward to staying there in the future."

Besonders beeindruckt hat mich, dass ich trotz meiner viel zu frühen Ankunft bereits um 8 Uhr morgens einchecken durfte – ganz unkompliziert und ohne Aufpreis. Das hat mir den Tag enorm erleichtert. Das Hotel selbst ist charmant rustikal und sehr gemütlich. Man spürt sofort eine warme, familiäre Atmosphäre.
