「ROACHES, ROACHES, ROACHES!
I’ve stayed at many extended stay suites and never experienced this before. Be aware that this location has roaches! I was in bed and had them climb up on the bed on several occasions. You can smell the disgusting rug of each floor as soon as you get off the elevators, the room itself was not that clean (I wiped off surfaces and sat grime come off) and let me say again ROACHES! You see them crawling on the room doors and walls as you walk to your room. The room doesn’t...

「While the check-in process was smooth and the front desk representatives were pleasant, the overall stay was disappointing. My Expedia reservation was handled correctly, the rate was exactly as expected, and there were no hidden fees.
Unfortunately, the condition of the room was unacceptable. The kitchenette was practically unusable. When we attempted to use the sink, it immediately began filling with water. We discovered food left in the garbage disposal from a previous guest, and the disposal...

「I rarely write reviews unless something stands out and was prepared to leave a positive review of this newly renovated hotel and restaurant until I realized my debit card was charged nearly $100 erroneously and hotel was not concerned; when they took my card for incidentals, they also charged me for a ‘room’ which was already paid for prior to arrival. I noted the room was prepaid upon check in and immediately contacted hotel the next day when I saw charge to my bank account - was told charge...

「Upon arrival the room appeared clean; however, when I looked in the cabinets there were a package of open cookies wrapped in a Walmart bag. I'm assuming leftover from the previous guest. There were Walmart bags and a Sam's Club tote in another cabinet. There were crumbs in the microwave, and I saw trash underneath the chair in the room. Most odd of all, there were 3 sets of beard trimmers in the nightstand. If that was left by the hotel for guests, why wouldn't it be in the bathroom? So either...
