"Great room, friendly staff, lively pub/venue downstairs with live music, great location with very close walking distance to the harbour & only around a 10min walk from the beach, right opposite a JD Weatherspoons (if that's your kind of thing!). I would happily stay there again 🙂!"

"Great value for money and brilliant location. Breakfast was very good with plenty of choice! Staff were polite, friendly and helpful. Room would benefit from a little tlc but was clean. Air-con not the best but shower was great! Overall, a very enjoyable and pleasant stay."

"Room in an old country inn. Room fairly basic but fine for a night or two. Close enough to Exeter to be accessible. Staff very helpful and knowledgeable about the area. Would stay again if in the area. "
