Limpeza "OK", tanto dos quartos como demais dependências. Com certeza voltarei a hospedar-me nesse hotel. Sugestões para melhorar a experiência de estadia: - Lixeira no quarto (além da do banheiro). - Sachê de shampoo/condicionador. - Saboneteira na pia do banheiro (o sabonete acaba derretendo ao ficar direto na pia). "

"The hotel is a 5 minute walk from the Portuguesa Tiete bus station and metro. The staff was friendly, and I felt safe during my 6 nights there. The hotel is a 10-minute walk from the Shopping Center Norte that has a Carrefour Supermarket. I plan on returning to this fabulous city in April, so the HOTEL PAULISTANO will see me again. "The hostel is okay. There are nice people and the rooms are fine and for a very good price. However, don't expect a lot of service. Towels aren't provided and toilet paper is only replaced when asked for. Bathrooms aren't very clean. They also initially put me in the wrong room and than asked me to change or pay extra. It seems like this is intentional as the same happened to another visitor. Although Hotels.com states that breakfast and airport transfer are included, this is not the case."
