Comfortable hotel, nice bed excellent breakfast

Service was a little stiff upin arrival and we were charged twice for our drinks. Issue was easily resolved in the morning tho. Room was well decorated and bed was comfortable. Breakfast was excellent.Would return if needed.

My stay was a birthday gift I got from a client with whom I've worked for several years. We have grown to share many personal stories, so my client knew I was having trouble sleeping because of noise in my area. So the stay was a gift for me so I could have a better night sleep. However, there was constant noise coming from other rooms. I fell asleep only after 00:30, then I woke up at 4:30 a.m. to the sound of doors being constantly slammed. My alarm was set to 7:30 a.m., so I spent 3 hours trying to get some rest, unsuccessfully. I didn't call the reception to complain because I didn't want to go through the trouble of packing all my belongings and changing rooms! In the morning, I was feeling terrible and exhausted. At check-out, I explained my situation at the reception desk, but the two receptionists who were there, at a time when the reception was empty with no other guests, they told me there was nothing they could do. They just gave me the hotel's card and said I should call later. I asked if I could speak to the manager, but they said THERE WAS NO MANAGER ON SATURDAYS! Allegedly, the hotel has no manager on weekends! This is unimaginable! I was courteous all the time, and just tried to speak to someone responsible for the hotel and for the guests' well-being, but there was just no one to help me. So, I had a bad experience, which was supposed to be my birthday present, and the staff aren't willing to listen.

Longe de tudo, a não ser de um bairro onde não me senti seguro ao atravessar. Restaurante demorou a trazer um simples prato de filé de frango grelhado que chegou duro, tostado acompanhado de legumes frios. Frigobar VAZIO, frasco de shampoo na ducha VAZIO, demora no checkin. O que dá para elogiar? A pressão da água no chuveiro era ótima!

PESSSIMA EXPERIÊNCIA MO MEU CASAMENTO

Era meu casamento dia 09/11/24. Levamos a nossa família TODA pra esse HOTEL. E chegando lá com os primeiros hóspedes já percebemos o caos. Recepção uma atendente só, chegava dar dó de ver ela fazendo tudo. Na hora de subir nos quartos, pelos menos 4 quartos estavam sujos, com toalha molhada, bebida na cama e por aí vai. PÉSSIMO. N recomendo pra ngm. De 10 pessoas q estávamos NENHUM SAIU SATISFEITO. Resto de comidas e pratos jogados pelo hall do hotel,
