「Para empezar, yo reserve una habitación con cama king para mi y mi esposa y cuando llegamos hacer el check in y subimos a la habitación era de 2 camas separadas. Cuando fui a reclamar al lobby la persona me dijo que no habia mas habitaciones y para colmo yo habia pagado hasta un seguro de $15 para asegurar que mi habitación no la cogeria mas nadie. No tuvimos mas remedio que coger la habitación ya que teniamos que coger un vuelo el dia que hacíamos el check out. En la habitación olia a humedad...

「The internet didn’t work, I called , he said he be there waited and hour . I called back they apologized and gave us a different room. The room they gave us was cold and took three hours to get warm, the towels looked like someone wiped the floor with them. I always bring a blanket and towels when I go out of town, thank goodness for that. 」

「Just a quick overnight stay. The area is pretty noisy, major road just outside and some loud music. Just a shower, but nicely updated bathroom. Breakfast was a mixed bag-no eggs, but did have waffles. Lobby area nicely set up.
Interestingly, no smoking hotel, but the hallways smelled STRONGLY of pot in th evening.」

「The teenage boys used too many towels and when my granddaughter went to the counter to get 4 towels evidently the lady said what do you need far more f****** towels for? Could that even be true?」
