「Hotel room was well decorated and maintained. The staff was very friendly and took pride in keeping the rooms and breakfast room very clean and comfortable. Breakfast was very nice and provided a great selection of food items.
I definitely would recommend the hotel and stay there again when I am in the area.」

「A treat to stay in the only remaining Frank Lloyd wright designed hotel. The staff and area in general focus on having it in mason city. Staff is very friendly. The historic tour(extra charge) was very interesting and well done. If you don’t take the tour, stop in the gift shop where the clerk appears to like sharing information, too.」

「We needed to change our reservation while in route to our destination. We called the hotel to accomplish the change. The staff were so helpful. Everyone did their best to assist with any needs we had. Excellent hotel, excellent staff. We would highly recommend the Sleep Inn in Charles City, IA.」
