「The facility was clean, and the unit we stayed in was very pleasant. The staff members were all very helpful. However, the glamping area may not suit seniors with mobility concerns.
We had an issue with the air conditioning at check-in, but they promptly resolved it by moving us to an alternate unit. Although this caused some hassle with packing and unpacking, the rest of our stay was amazing, thanks to the beautiful natural views. The food was satisfactory, and the à la carte breakfast was...

「The staff was really nice as other travelers' reports.
However, the accommodation was disappointing.
There was no chair in the room. You know, everyone get dirty and dusty after a tour in El Nido. You don't offer a chair, now that visitors can not help but sit on the floor or the bed.
The towels were yellowish.
The stream of tap water was very unsteady. One should repeatedly ask the kind staff to adjust it. After the adjustment, the stream might be strong enough......for a while.
