Kinder 2 Stars Hotels

Very sweet people

I enjoyed my stay!!! It was clean& quiet !!! Definitely will be back.

Very clean and bed was comfortable

The staff is always very professional. Room is always super clean.

This hotel provided me with one of the best hotel stay experience I've ever had. My family & myself stayed here during the recent snow storm, and I can't express enough how wonderful the staff (also many of the other hotel guests) were treating everyone. From the front desk, the manager, to housekeeping staff (even the volunteer crew that were there to assist during the snow storm), every staff member was kind, patient, professional, and warm welcoming. The rooms were clean and well sanitized. I...

The facility is new. Rooms were clean, halls, foyer etc. Did not use the pool or exercise equipment but all other areas were great. Staff is superior to any hotel I've ever stayed in. They were friendly helpful, and the housekeeping staff were excellent as well. Will definitely go back and would highly recommend. The gentlemen in the breakfast area was extremely sweet and helpful. Close to everything: mall, shopping, casinos, restaurants. "Complimentary Hotel Shuttle" takes you anywhere in Lake...

For a small town our stay was most enjoyable. The staff was most accommodation and helpful. Breakfast was very good with a good variety of choices. We throughly enjoyed our stay and will choose Best Western again.

The staff was amazing. They were very polite and friendly. The room was clean and smelled fresh. Great experience as usual

It was an okay stay. Rooms definitely not clean enough. Greasy headboards, leaky tub. Blankets dirty. and a my car was hit in the middle of the night. Too many business trucks allowed to park anywhere and caused them to back into my car while trying to leave

Clean. Safe and quiet . Close to casinos. Gas station, I Hop and Chilies right here . Save and stay here . Always easy .

Great place breakfast was better than expected

Room was better than I expected for what we paid. Rooms were nice and clean didn't take groceries to cook but at least we'll be prepared for next time and having a kitchen is a plus. Owners were really nice even if we had trouble communicating due to language barrier but super friendly. Hotel is getting outside remodeling so it's starting to look more inviting.

All good. Clean rooms. Good staff. Poor breakfast.

Hotel of choice when visiting Louisiana. Best Western at this location is home away from home.

Hotel was very nice. Beds were very comfortable and the staff was great 😊
