「We traveled with our dogs, and were given a room at the very far end of the building. Unfortunately, the locks on the doors leading to the outside at the end and the middle of the building were not functioning to enable us to use our keys to get in and out. So we could go out the door, but not get back in.

「The "semi handicapped" accessible bathroom was horrible. Way small! Very unsafe, small bathtub, extremely slippery tub, my husband slipped and fell numerous times. He's 6'2" and I'm 5'3", I had to fully lift him to help him out of the shower. Very poorly designed. I've never seen such a setup. I could clearly hear everything said in the next room along with the family with kids above our room. I don't mind kids/families at all but to hear every step, conversation was again poorly designed」
