「We stayed for 3 nights and thoroughly enjoyed our stay. All of the lodge buildings are very sympathetically designed, and blend well with the surroundings. Everywhere is very clean and maintained to a high standard. We loved sitting on the bar stools and watching the monkeys and morpho butterflies. All staff were polite, friendly and helpful, and assisted us with booking excursions. The food was very tasty and beautifully presented, as were the cocktails! 「Alas, this property has seen better days. It’s not horrible, or even unbearable, but bare bones. AC was adequate for sleep but not for siesta. Beach is not inviting. Nearby bars were ok for food. We left a day early. 」

「The rooms were clean. A bit of a musty smell, which gave me concern as I am allergic to mold. Managed to sleep with door open (unit 5, very private) and no problem. Bathroom just steps away.
My only trouble was not with the Property, but with the entire family that took over the place. They were not at the property the evening before. The next morning I went to make coffee. Every pot, pan, and kettle was taken over by this group. Inconsiderate of the fact that this was a “hostel-type” property....
