It’s in a central location. The location of the hotel is on a curve where it can be noisy at night from the cars passing by. Ask for a room closer to the back of the hotel. The staff is super friendly and accommodating!

Solid hotel

Place has characte and a nice vibe. Some motorcycle noises at night, but on the edge of town so not a major problem. Walking distance to bakery and restaurants.

Friendly staff, clean property, very well placed for town or for the dock to catch the early morning ferry. Were able to leave our car while we were in Corcovado for the day. There was traffic noise from some vehicles until 10pm or so but that is everywhere in town. The room was very light - i meeded my eye mask.

Good choice

Lovely staff, very helpful and made this stay a really nice experience. Clean and comfortable room, this was all we expected and a little more. It does get a little noisy in the evenings thanks to a nearby karaoke or something. If you are sensitive I would not recommend.

I loved my stay ay Oro! Clean, the air conditioning was a blessing in the heat! The rooms are a walkup, one short flight of stairs. Super good pizza and salads, 2 blocks away, beside the post office. As happens frequently in Central America, the checkin attendant didn’t spesk English, so just log in to the internet and use Google translate and all will be fine. I recommend!

En términos generales el hotel está muy bien. Pleno centro de Puerto Jiménez, cerca de varias sodas y restaurantes, así como un supermercado, y no lejos de la playa y pista de aterrizaje. El cuarto que me tocó en esta ocasión no resultó siendo mi favorito, ya que la cama king estaba hundida en uno de los lados y los bombillos de iluminación no funcionaban. Más allá de esto, todo bien. Por otra parte, la gente del hotel es muy amable. Cocina a disposición de los huéspedes y café también son ofrecidos.

Staff was very friendly, and the location is central to most activities and businesses. I walked from the airport to the hotel without any difficulty. The room is quite standard for local hotels and accommodations - bed, TV, refrigerator, sink, shower, toilet. No frills, and perfectly comfortable all at once. My room did have some mold in the shower, however, and the shower head was a bit unruly and unpredictable. It was a flat mounted head from the ceiling, but it sprayed directly toward the sink instead of straight down. It was a short 2 minute walk to several restaurants, groceries, and a Kolby cellular store. Plus, adorably, it was already decorated for the Christmas holiday in early November! Despite what this review dwelling on the shower may suggest, I had a pleasant experience here.
