We have stayed at Casa Roland a half dozen times over the years. It’s by far the best appointed accommodation in Golfito proper. Situated in the historic old American Zone (where Chiquita Banana executives lived) it is charming and has the best pool complex in the area. The restaurant is also very good. I highly recommend Casa Roland.

The breakfast is ok . The girls didnt do much . I have visited this hotel mamy times and the food service needs improving at breakfast and around the pool. You would sell allot more drinks and snacks if staff were around and offered service . The rooms are beautiful and clean. We do get a suite to make our vacation special. Although one morning were were awakiken by a power outage and generator coming in it was so loud next to our rm 10 it scared us. Overall we realy like this hotel the manager and desk staff are very helpfull and welcoming.

Fantastic

This is just a wonderful place. The staff is so friendly and happy. This is our second time there and we will go back as often as we can and we recommend it all the time. Its a little slice of paradise in a secluded part of Costa Rice. The bay is beautiful. We hope to spend more time next year so we can explore the area more.
