「The first room provided had a smoke smell. We had to take all are luggage back to the first floor front desk. We changed rooms. There is a swimming pool but in the Winter, we enjoy the spa but they didnt provide it. My son was cold so he wanted to take a bath but the water stopper was broken. Staff tried to fix it but she said tomorrow at 7 am people could come to fix it or we could change rooms again. We do not appreciate the service but we did not want to change rooms again. 「The room was clean with nice decor. They had a fun retro vibe with a Victoria record player and records to play. There is a Blondies restaurant next door for meals out. There was a microwave, coffee maker and mini-refrigerator so you could eat in. The shower had great pressure! As far as comfort goes, the pillows were quite large and hard. Most importantly, it was cold because there was a large gap between the door and the doorway. The draft just streamed in, so no matter how high I turned up...

「It was 11 o'clock in the evening, and someone on the 4th floor was constantly making loud noises and stomping on the floor, I live in 3 floor, I try to sleep, but it is hard because it is loud. I called the service desk twice, but the problem was not solved well. The most basic thing a good hotel should provide customers with a good rest. I have stayed here at least five times and was very disappointed this time.」

「The plug outlets for plugging in a phone charger were so worn out , we had to keep the plug up just to stay plugged in the outlet to charge our devices . The bathroom was so gross and needs updated and the sink didn’t drain well. The place smelled of cigarette smoke . And when I went to check out at 6:30 am no one was at the desk for me to check out. I took the keys back to the room. I will never get a room at your hotel ever again!」
