"It has everything you need"

"It’s a good hotel, really close to a beach but far from the Biarritz center, the only missing thing is ac on the rooms"

"Good basic hotel to spend a night, near the train station, flix bus stop a short walk away, just across the bridge from the town."

"Everything good at this hotel "

"This was a lovely little hotel. The room was clean and comfortable and we had a lovely view from the balcony of our room. Breakfast was good. The hotel doesn't do evening meals but it was only a short walk into Ascain where there were plenty of bars and restaurants. We really enjoyed our stay, would recommend and would return again when in the area"

"Very friendly staff and clean and beautiful room. "

"Was a perfect spot for 2 nights Clean close to villages Room well organized Staff was helpful Would go back"

"Property was clean with a comfortable bed. Very friendly staff and the breakfast in the morning had everything we needed!"

"Good stopover "

"Great stay walkable into old town"

"Excellent stay as always whilst travelling to Southern Spain "

"The area nice and quiet We really enjoyed "

"We have stayed here a couple of times on route to Spain via France. It is a beautiful location convenient for travelling but also good if you want to explore a little bit of the coast. The hotel is clean and well equipped. The food and the breakfast are excellent. It is easy to park directly behind the Hotel."

"We spent 1 night in Irun on our way to Valladolid. The hotel is ideally located near the French borders and next to some bars and restaurants. Located on a small square with car park minutes away from Irun city center it is the ideal location for a good night rest. "

"Welcoming staff, perfect location and a fabulous breakfast!"

"El hotel es bonito y decorado con mucho encanto. La falta de ascensor es un handicap, sobretodo si te toca la habitación en el piso superior. La piscina está muy bien y agradable. El almuerzo bueno y completo. En cuanto al restaurante, no encajo para nada con mi gusto cilinario."

"Excellent property, this is the second time we stayed here and we will come back again next year!"

"Good welcome. Room confortable but noisy (raisoning walls)"
