"Este hotel no autoriza reembolsos y se pasan la pasan la responsabilidad con expedía tuve una emergencia y me tocó salir una noche antes lo cual lo notifiqué 12hr antes y no quisieran hacer el reembolso"

"Very nice for a historic cabin. Would have been nice to have a microwave to accompany the fridge and coffee pot. Also, were awaken several times in the night to the scurrying of small critters. Didn’t appear to get into our stuff, and we didn’t see them, so maybe they were in the walls?"

"The hotel was what you would expect in that price range for an older hotel. Rundown, dirty, grout, dumpy lobby actually rat traps outside the building, sticky floors. But the continental breakfast was good and the TV was also very good."

" Good for the price "

"Well located in the cave area of Kentucky, friendly staff. The rooms are big bed is good and while the style of the bathroom is old (60's/70's) we quite liked it. We only stayed one night but we would stay there again if we are in the area again. Side note: we had a misunderstanding about payment which turns out to be something that hotels.com has to clarify on their site, not the hotel. The staff was helpful with their explanations and took good care of us."

"Was decent but windows in poop area was filthy and had an employee walk in when we were still there without knocking or any type of notice. Didn’t get our deposit back due to my 1YR OLD GETTING APPLE JUICE ON A BLANKET"
