"Simplicity of the place is what you are paying. No fancy kitchen and rest room but at least they are always avaiilable and being cheched by staff for cleanliness. We were just 2 in the kubo hotel with fan and it was very comfortable. It was cold at night and needed to turn off the fan. Just make sure you got everything you need like food, water, alcoholic beverages and what not since they sell nothing in kubhotel and the stores close ealry outside or along the road. "Nice and quiet place. Ideal for relaxing. Beth who looks after the place is a star. Helped with getting boat trip and tricycled us to it in the morning. Boats and bolo beach are only a few minutes away which is great. A little difficult to find so make sure you have directions."

"The property did not meet our expectation. With its price in the area, it was so costly.. Don't go to the property during rainy season. It is flooded. My family and I were disappointed to see the flood right in front of the unit. We arrived at past 4pm and we could have spent the rest of the day roaming around Alaminos.. But instead, we chose to stay in the house because of the flood outside.. The owner, though was very helpful in giving us tips although we havent had the chance to meet."
