It was a nice and comfy room ..They have a great pool though were not able to use it ..Continental buffet breakfast is a plus .. The docking boat ride is just a walk from the hotel which is convenient The only thing is The staff in the front desk is i believed needs more training .But over all it was a nice hotel ..

From the security guards at the gate, front desk staff, cleaning staff and Ocean Grill employees, everyone showed professionalism and courtesy as soon as we stepped foot into the hotel. The place is cozy, its a big upgrade for the aria.The stuff are very helpful, they do have a shuttle to drop you off to the buss stop if you are commuting like us.they do have there own boat ramp so you don't need to go out of the hotel if you go on island hopping.The buffet is very good, they offer lechon and seafoods for dinner.They offer free breakfast, you just have wake up early because its always pack. Just wish they have more people so they can be more atent

Room staff were courteous, room was neat and clean. We requested for a solution to a trickling shower with no hot water and we were told it’s a known issue on the top floor, whoever assigned us on that room was not considerate knowing we’re on our 70s.

Reception staff is welcoming. Staff in the restaurant not very attentive S they never cleared our plates. We couldn’t find anyone to take our drinks order or clear empty bottles from the pool area.

This is a new build and the construction is unique and beautiful. I loved the washroom, the bed, the lobby area, pool, and they even have a small lounge / bar area. All done tastefully. Everything is clean and spotless, of course. Also the staff is very friendly, polite and simply a reflection of the beautiful building - classy. When I stayed, it was only open for less than a year and so they had not finished putting in the bar station by the pool! I hope to visit the Philippines again and I hope to stay at this hotel again, just to see the completion!! I highly recommend staying at this hotel!

My family and I came here for a 1 day trip to 100 islands. The hotel is new. Service and cleanliness is great. Everyone are so friendly. It’s in a convenient location, right by the warf. You can book your boat tour to the islands and they will pick you up right on the dock of the hotel. They also offer complimentary Filipino breakfast for 2 and pay a small fee for an extra person. Overall, our stay was great and I highly recommend this place.
