「Hard to park. No free parking lot」

「2017年到卡城選了这间酒店，印象很好，所以今年来卡城首選了这酒店，但感觉很一般了，地毯、洗手间都老旧了。」

「We’ve stayed at hotel arts a few times and it’s always amazing. Rooms are great and it’s within walking distance to a lot of restaurants. However, the pool staff were chaotic. We were 15 minutes early to our reservation so we just waited by the pool. Keep in mind there were lots of empty tables because it was 11:15. We waited until 11:40 and saw others being seated so we inquired again about our table, they said someone will come get us. We waited 15 more minutes and asked again and they said...

「Staff was really nice and check in was a breeze. There is a Tim Hortons, a circle K, and McDonald's across the street and some nice green space. Room was clean and bed was super comfy. 」

「This is a clean and decent hotel. The staff are friendly specially hazel the front desk officer. I love that they change the towels and clean the room everyday. Although i wish their breakfast has more choices. But all in all it was a great experience. I will definitely stay again here. 」

「Even though it was only an overnight stay, the service was great. They were kind enough to accommodate a late arrival, late check out that was perfect for our flight. Even getting a last minute spa appointment was available. The double room size was fantastic. Only suggestion for a double room, would have 2 coffee cups and more coffee available, but just a personal preference. Highly recommend. 」
