"The hotel sent us a survey before we got there which I thought was great. We filled it in and added breakfast to our stay. Upon arrival they did not have us down for breakfast. After a while we managed to sort it out. Loose tiles in the bathroom. No safe or fridge in the room. At breakfast the dining room was very small and cramped. Limited options of food and no toaster, quite disappointing for €12 each. "
