Nice stay

It was located centrally so we could take metro when we wanted to, multiple restaurants & markets near by . Staff were nice specially Cecil she very helpful.The problem is the TV is programmed in French only so we could watch anything except news.

The room is spacious and functional but very ethical friendly (minimum supply) so you need to bring your toothbrush, Kleenex, slippers and so on. And you need to read QR code for the room equipments. Kitchen wares are practical but I wish I had slightly larger wine glasses. Water pressure at bathroom was relatively low.

Excellent Stay!

This apartment style stay is one of my best overseas stay. I love the soft and comfortable bed and pillows. They smell really clean, like freshly washed linen. The room looks new, though not modern. The room also smells fresh. Even the toilet is clean. The bathroom does not have stains, and the bathtub is well scrubbed. I am very fussy about cleanliness, this property ticks all the boxes for cleanliness. I love that I can open the window and let in fresh air and light. There's a small balcony with small table and chair, and I can look at the trees outside. The nearest apartment is quite a distance away, so there is privacy. The cooking facilities are there (no chopping board though?). I can make simple cooking for myself and enjoy hot drink before heading out. It is very near the Metro, and there are some shops and eateries there. The people I met are friendly at the shops.

Location is terrific! Disappointed in the hotel overall - some of front desk staff have attitude problems, older kitchen, bathroom and room; toilet separate from bathroom and directly next to kitchen; no heater in toilet and kitchen;;bathtub is high and dangerous to step in and out of and lacked a shower curtain or a full closing glass door; low water pressure for showering; lack of towels/wash cloth; must return used towel for a fresh one and no daily housekeeping service! You will be charged an additional €25-35 if you request additional @essentials” and housekeeping service. Kitchen is outdated with minimum utensils; no welcoming atmosphere in rooms; little heat; no AC for summer months just a small table top fan provided ; thin walls and can hear neighbors; bed is very hard with poking coils and uncomfortable and has a plastic mattress cover making it extremely difficult to sleep; bed is super hard in your b;lack of any English channels on TV; no smart TV so therefore you cannot access Netflix; Prime, Hulu or Youtube WiFi works ok when it doesn’t drop. Only bare bone minimums in everything! A non-refundable payment was due at the time of booking - I would have left to find another place if I could get my money back. The photos on the websites are very deceiving. This place really could use an overhaul. The only good thing about this place is the location and it is close to the Gare DeLyon, Metro stops and buses; lots of restaurants are all within walking distance.

Our apartment was older but well kept. It had everything you need, the only thing that would be nice to have is air conditioning, but at least we could leave the windows open on the 6th floor. The area was quite central and a short walk to many dining options.

Wouldn’t stay here again. Would say it’s 2 star at best. Room very small and old. Mould in bathroom, bad smell in separate toilet with no ventilation. Shower very weak. No air conditioning so very warm. Sofa bed for the children hard and uncomfortable. Photos make it look deceptively modern.
