Perfect location with easy access to the metro and train stations, and very walkable. The breakfast is delicious. Plus, there are fantastic dining options right outside that close late at night.

We chose this hotel simply for the history - it was a famous stop on Europe’s early rail line and my husband loves trains. The hotel met his expectation and was definitly the perfect piece of nostalgia for him. It was also just across from the rail station on which we both arrived and departed, so even better! Our train was late but there were no problems with our midnight arrival. It is an older hotel, and it feels like an old hotel which, if you’re into that vibe, is exceedingly charming. We are and we loved it!

We chose this hotel based on its proximity to the train station, which was very good. We were pleasantly surprised by the desk staff, as opposed to the other hotels we stayed in. Very friendly and helpful, especially Celia. She was delightful. The room was larger than a shoebox. Bed and bedding was very comfortable, slept well. Towels were fluffy and clean, water pressure was excellent. Some street noise but not too much to interfere with our sleep. Many restaurants, cafes right outside the door. Walkable to many sights such as Notre Dame and the metro stations. Would highly recommend.
