They insisted they didn't mistake it as trash and accidentally threw it away. And I was quite sure we had it when checking into the hotel because the first day in Badajoz I shopped some clothes for me and my daughter and came back to the hotel, putting a new paper bag into it. Beautiful location in Badajoz; staff were excellent, lady at reception couldn’t do enough for us and the lady at breakfast was very helpful indeed. Would use again or recommend to friends and family. We had a delicious dinner at the hotel resturant, and on top of the tasty dinner with unique dishes of the area, staying at the hotel will earn you a 10 percent discount at the resturant. The river right next to the hotel was a great and fun place to hangout with family and their was a very easy access to it through the hotel. Would definently recomend a stay here.」

「Avec son style suranné, cet hôtel a un charme fou. Le personnel est très aimable, surtout au restaurant. Les chambres sont très belles et la literie très confortable. A ne pas manquer si vous passez dans le coin. Par contre les bains sont assez moyens et plutôt chers pour tremper une 1/2 h dans de l’eau chaude.」
