Para una noche estuvo muy bien.

La situación muy buena, el aparcamiento es zona azul. Instalaciones casi nuevas, cómodas y limpias. Hay nevera en la habitación. Camas cómodas. Baño muy pequeño. Hay ascensor. El aire acondicionado olía mal al encenderlo, luego ya no. El recepcionista amable.

Me ha sorprendido para bien este hotel. Muy coqueto, muy cómodo y al mismo tiempo buen precio. Una habitación individual excelente y ademas incluia nevera. El personal muy atento. A 5 min escasos del centro histórico. Volveria sin dudarlo. Solo pondria una pequeña pega: las puertas hacen bastante ruido al cerrarse.

ホテルで簡単な朝食を準備してもらえる。掃除は毎日丁寧にしていると思います。スペイン語だけの対応だったので、英語も話すスタッフがいるとよいと思いました。

Bien si no eres muy exigente

A pesar de la amabilidad del personal, las instalaciones necesitan algunas mejoras (humedades, pintura, desconchones...) y no eran demasiado cómodas ya que había poco espacio, sobre todo en los baños, donde casi no se cabía. La limpieza también estaba "un poco justa". Había telarañas, alguna toalla tenía manchas (no de sucia, sino de no haber salido la mancha después del lavado) y un trozo de envase de un preservativo en el suelo. Lo mejor, la ubicación cerca de todo, la amabilidad del personal y el buen trato para con nuestro perrito (son un alojamiento pet-friendly).

Short positive stay

Short stay. Comfortable & nicely decorated room. Good location, not right in the middle of all things Merida, but all things to see in Merida are a comfortable walking distance. I Would recommend to stay here. The staff member in reception upon our arrival was very informative and friendly.
